Pay your first bill
Do you have your debit or credit card at hand? If so, then you can pay your first bill. Afterwards, your contract will become available for digital signing.
Are you signing for a two-person apartment? If so, then one of the two tenants must pay the first bill.
SMS verification
You will receive an SMS message from us containing a code. You will need this code to digitally sign your contract.
Signing the contract
Final step! You are almost there. Here, you will sign the contract.
Make sure to read the contract as well as the rental conditions thoroughly before you sign. You will also be signing an authorisation to have your rent debited automatically from your account each month.
Once you and any other co-tenants provide your signatures, then you are an official SSH& tenant.
