What are the rules for internet use?
Ziggo has several rules that you as an internet user must abide by. The rules are intended to prevent inappropriate use of the network. Some examples of what Ziggo defines as inappropriate use:
- Sending unsolicited, commercial e-mails
- Identity fraud: pretending to be someone else
- Threatening behaviour
In the event of inappropriate use, Ziggo will intervene. For instance, you may receive a warning. However, Ziggo could also discontinue your internet service. Our Acceptable Use Policy contains more information on using the Ziggo network.
