Once we have approved your proof of study, we will draw up the rental agreement (digitally). You will receive an e-mail with information about signing your contract. This will also tell you how to log in to 'My SSH&- I rent' for the first time. You then sign your contract via My SSH& - I am a tenant.

There are also lots of places for going out and comfy pubs in Nijmegen; the city is always alive. There are loads of places to study, and it’s a beautiful old city too. So there are plenty of reasons to live in a student complex in Nijmegen!
How do you find a student complex in Nijmegen?
SSH& is for students who are looking for their own place while studying. Are you looking for a student complex? Then you’re in the right place. We currently own more than 7,000 housing units in 31 residential complexes and 84 city houses in Arnhem and Nijmegen. SSH&’s aim is to ensure sufficient, good quality and affordable housing for young people studying in Arnhem and Nijmegen.
How does SSH& work?
Every week at Wednesday 12.00 pm, SSH& publishes newly available rooms and other types of housing. You can respond to one of these rooms every week. You’ve got a whole week for this - until 11.00 am, Wednesday morning. We work using a lottery system; this means you have a chance to get a room every week and it’s fair for everyone.
Not accepted for the room you applied for? Then you’ve got a chance again next week! You need a profile with SSH& to respond to other types of housing; you need to register for this. You also have to have valid proof that you’re studying.
