Once we have approved your proof of study, we will draw up the rental agreement (digitally). You will receive an e-mail with information about signing your contract. This will also tell you how to log in to 'My SSH&- I rent' for the first time. You then sign your contract via My SSH& - I am a tenant.

Studying in Nijmegen
The city has a wide range of universities of applied sciences with all kinds of different study programmes you can follow, so there’s plenty of choice! The most famous school is Radboud University, but there are also universities of applied sciences and MBO schools. In addition to these universities having good places to study, we understand that, sometimes, it’s nice to open your laptop for this purpose in a place other than at school. Happily, Nijmegen has more than enough places to study, like the library. But you can also enjoy doing school work in any of Nijmegen’s many cafes!

At SSH&, we’re happy to help you find a nice, safe and affordable home during your time as a student in Nijmegen. You get a chance to win a room every week through our lottery system. The new rooms and houses appear online every week on Wednesday at 12.00 pm. You can respond to one room, as your housing career at SSH& starts with a room. Once you are renting a room with us, you can also start responding to other types of housing.
You can create a profile for free on our website, but you must have a valid study certificate. Once you’ve created your profile, the responding can begin!
