Where is the complex?
This complex was built in 1865 and designed in the local architectural style. In 2016, it was transformed into student housing. The complex is located along the Rhine river. You can walk to the centre of Arnhem in just five minutes. The central station is roughly a 15-minute walk away. International students from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences live here.
What kind of rooms are there?
This complex consists of 15 rooms with various dimensions. You will share the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom with seven or eight other students.
What kind of amenities are there?
There is internet access (not Wi-Fi). Do you enjoy sitting outside when the weather is nice? Take a seat in the community garden. You will be sharing it with regular students who live in the building on the Eusebiusplein.
Is there a lift?
No, there is no lift.
I have a car. Can I park at this complex?
Street parking is available. You have to pay for parking. There is no bicycle or moped storage on site. Bicycles and mopeds can be kept in the bicycle racks on the street.
What will I pay for a room?
The monthly rent is between € 365,- and € 425,-. Additional costs are not included.
