Where is the complex?
The rooms in this complex are located on Sperwerstraat and Graspieperhof. You can ride your bike to the centre of Nijmegen in just five minutes. Nice and close! It is about a ten-minute bike ride to the educational institutions.
What kind of rooms are there?
This complex consists of a total of 222 independent, single apartments. These apartments are about 28 m2 and are spread out over three buildings. There are also nine apartment where you can live with two persons.
The rooms are not furnished with carpeting. Would you like to add a little colour to your walls? Painting is permitted. In ASK SIMON! you can find the rules about for instance painting your room and what you may and may not change.
What kind of amenities are there?
Would you like to hang out with your fellow tenants? You can do so in the common area (on the first floor of every building). This area has been charmingly furnished. There is also a kitchenette with a refrigerator.
You can do your laundry here. This is convenient if you do not have your own washing machine!There are two washing machines and two dryers.
There are two secured bicycle storage rooms.
The apartments are energy efficient due to the use of a joint heat and power generator (HPG). There are also solar panels on the roof. The HPG generates its own power. Warmth released for heating and hot water is used for this. This provides a substantial degree of energy conservation. You will sign an energy contract with us regarding this.

What will I pay for a room?
Are you curious about what you will be paying each month? Please view our housing selection. Rent benefit is possible for persons 23 years or older. Are you younger than 23? You will receive a discount (youth discount), so you can still receive rent benefit (this discount only applies for the single apartments).
Besides complex caretakers, you will also meet customer managers at your complex. The customer managers are your first point of contact and will work with you towards creating a good living environment at your complex. They will also ensure that you are engaged in projects or other matters that are relevant for your complex. The complex caretakers will focus on the everyday maintenance of the complexes, and are the first point of contact for any companies we work with. As the managers and caretakers work closely together, they can provide you with even better service.
