Where is the complex?
The impressive Mariënbosch is located in a wooded environment. It is a national monument on the corner of Groesbeekseweg/Sophiaweg and has great architectural significance. It was once a boarding school for girls.

What kind of rooms are there?
The complex has 349 rooms for senior students. First-year students only via coöptatie.
- 337 independent, single apartments
- 8 independent, double apartments
- 4 independent single rooms - these are connected rooms in pairs with the right to choose a new tenant (coöptatierecht).
The rooms are located in the new building (212 rooms) and the historic old building (137 rooms). A number of the rooms feature loft storage space.
The apartments are between 15 m2 and 41 m2. You will have your own kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Some rooms have a separate bedroom. Most of the rooms on the third floor of the new building have a skylight.
In the historic old building, no room is the same. The rooms in the new building are more uniform.

What kind of amenities are there?
In the older building, there is a unique common area, called the forest chapel, that has been furnished as a study area. There is also a shared courtyard garden that you can use. There is a spacious shared courtyard for all tenants. It is possible for tenants to order additional television services from Ziggo for a fee.
Two people are permitted to live in some of the rooms. Rooms that you can apply to live in can be found on our website.
Is there a lift?
Yes, there is a lift.
I have a car. Can I park at this complex?
You can park your car for free. There is bicycle storage under both buildings.
What will I pay for a room?
Besides complex caretakers, you will also meet customer managers at your complex. The customer managers are your first point of contact and will work with you towards creating a good living environment at your complex. They will also ensure that you are engaged in projects or other matters that are relevant for your complex. The complex caretakers will focus on the everyday maintenance of the complexes, and are the first point of contact for any companies we work with. As the managers and caretakers work closely together, they can provide you with even better service.
