What is the Maintenance Service?

Starting July 1, 2025, SSH& is introducing a general maintenance service. In the past, tenants could be surprised by maintenance costs at the time of the final settlement. From July 1 onwards, everyone will pay a fixed monthly fee instead. The cost for this maintenance service in the coming year is €6.85 per month. This service replaces the previous charges for various maintenance tasks, such as general maintenance, maintenance of hinges and locks, tenant-responsible repairs, periodic maintenance and part of the charges for general maintenance and complex management. So, you no longer have to pay separate bills for this type of work.
